Connecting to the Mothers is a live-streamed performance and video within Paradox Tale of Logic Gate, combining a live camera feed with prerecorded material from earlier streams.

It is a time-travelling meditation. In a sand dune in Haninge, a suburb outside Stockholm, Citizen 000 001 brushes the sand, slowly cleaning their “room.” Citizen then meditates and prays, trying to travel backwards through time to connect with all the mothers before them — their grandmother, her mother, and the mothers before her.
